All quotations include equipment, paperwork, student materials and course completion cards/certifications!

Class size minimums are typically 10 participants depending on the program, and your location.

LOST CARD POLICY

Initial Response, Inc. encourages all participants to make copies (front and back) of all course completion cards. MAKE COPIES IMMEDIATELY AFTER COURSE. All requests for replacement cards or verification of attendance must be in writing. Included should be the name of the participant, the date and location of the course.

There is a $10 fee for a replacement card or verification of attendance inquiries.

There is no charge if an employer, unit manager, or other authorized agent wishes to verify the validity of the copy made by a participant.
